We truly enjoyed rooms with all mod amenities. The staff was excellent and best. Central location was a plus.

The hotel is fairly clean, has views of the sea. Very friendly personnel is from the aussie manager. The property offers best possible location so close to the citycenter, the seafront, and the ocean. New Boulevard district is worth looking into. It has an outdoor bar. Every time in Batumi, I choose this place.

This hotel is definitely worth the price! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and even a sofa that can be used as an extra bed. The highlight is the large balcony, where you can enjoy stunning views of the sea and catch the beautiful sunset. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach, allowing for easy access and a relaxing seaside experience. Additionally, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is satisfying.
